A look into the artistic process of visionary filmmaker Karyn Kusama (YELLOWJACKETS, JENNIFER'S BODY). For each new project, Kusama sifts through countless images to build a lookbook charting the story's visual path. The hunt for references spans libraries, museums and bookstores--especially Arcana, a Culver City institution specializing in art and photography titles. "I can spend hours and hours in this place, I go sort of insane," says Kusama. "Books, to me, are the foundation of how I start."
